The views are magnificent. the hotel is fairly clean. the venue provided friendly customer service during our weekend. We like that there is free Wi-Fi in the rooms. the location is great, and there is parking on site.

The bed came only with the sheet covered comforter but no separate sheet. It was hot with it and cool without it. Required the a/c in cool weather. I didn't sleep well.Bed skirt had noticeable stains on it.

Really brilliant base for rest. Fabulous and exceptionally comfortable hotel for weekend. Spotless and incredibly spacious rooms with high speed internet access, the marble floored bathroom plus coffee maker, private parking. Nice decor throughout and incredibly nice staff with excellent customer service from valet. Beautiful and incredible location, a few steps away from a shopping mall. Only 5 min walk to downtown.

This place has very polite staff, excellent customer service from valet, a great breakfast spot, a perfect location, and a nice pool area.

What I did not like is there were no instructions about parking when we arrived we parked in the ennis/conrad parking garage and it was not marked we had to walk in heals around a block to get in no one knew where to send us that should be in the info when you register!

The hotel is located in a central area near the mall, the Hyatt, and the Capital Grille restaurant. I booked a deluxe double room with well-appointed finishes and everything was wonderful.

I had reasonably priced food for breakfast at the grill. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Hilbert Circle Theatre was great. Also, the area was beautiful.

Cozy rooms with a great shower, a lovely bathtub, and even an ironing board! Also, the location is unbeatable 🌟.

The breakfast at the grill was fantastic and our room was spotless with luxurious bathrooms, including a beautiful bathtub.

The location was marvelous, you can visit Monument Circle by walking. This hotel was in a beautiful area very close to the center of downtown and Indianapolis for a Colts game.

The hotel had an excellent location, right in the heart of downtown. Guests could easily walk to various attractions and amenities in the Indianapolis area. The Capital Grille, which was located next door to the hotel, offered a great dining option. The rooms were spacious and clean, with large and well-stocked bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Some rooms even had spectacular views of the city skyline.

The parking rates were slightly misleading, causing some inconvenience for guests.
